Company Description
We are not just a gallery. We are a growing space for untold stories.
Welcome to Hina’s Art Pavilion, an art haven born from a quiet but powerful idea - what if we nurtured the artistic voices that often go unheard?
We began our journey a year ago in Ahmedabad, not with a grand building or white walls which is also in plan, but with a vision. A vision to celebrate art by women and children, and to offer emerging artists a meaningful opportunity to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
In our first year, we’ve hosted deeply moving virtual exhibitions, collaborated with passionate educators and creators, and brought together a community that believes in the power of inclusive storytelling through art.
Our physical space is work in progress but that can’t stop us from sharing our ideas, energy, and artists to you.

Whether you're an artist, educator, parent, or someone who simply believes in art that speaks, we're thrilled to have you here. This is just the beginning & we’d love for you to be a part of it.
Description
At HAP, we’re more than an art gallery. We’re a growing movement of stories told through brushstrokes, colors, and creative voices that often go unheard.
We believe in supporting emerging women and child artists and giving space to expressions that move, challenge, and heal.
Now, we’re looking for someone who can do the same through pixels, captions, and strategy.
Join us as our Creative Media & Community Executive and become the digital voice of our gallery.
We’d Love It If You Are -
- Based in Ahmedabad (this is an in-person role with flexibility).
- Have 1–2 years of experience managing and growing creative social media accounts.
- Naturally inclined towards storytelling, visual mood-building, and writing.
- Understand the soul of a post as much as the science behind its reach.
- Passionate about art, creativity, and culture, a bonus if you know your way around artist communities.
- Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva is fine!) and confident in briefing creatives when needed.
- Curious, collaborative, and excited to be part of something that’s still blooming.
Come be part of a space where art breathes, speaks, and finds its audience one authentic post at a time.
Let’s build something beautiful, together.
What You’ll Do -
- Strategies, plan, and execute content calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn, keeping in mind the gallery’s tone, values, and aesthetic.
- Build and maintain a cohesive grid on Instagram that reflects the gallery\'s mood - minimal, expressive, soulful, and bold when it needs to be.
- Keep a keen eye on organic growth, explore audience-building strategies, and be comfortable using platform analytics to understand what’s working.
- Stay updated with algorithm trends, latest platform features (like Reels, LinkedIn carousels, etc.), and actively recommend fresh ways to engage our community.
- Work closely with our creative and curatorial team to bring campaigns and exhibitions to life online.
- Initiate and manage interactive formats like stories, Q&As, artist takeovers, and micro-campaigns that speak with the audience, not just at them.
- Explore collaborations with like-minded artists, curators, and collectives for digital cross-pollination.
