Mandatory Artwork Requirements

• Medium: Any (crayons, watercolours, acrylics, oil, pencil, mixed media, etc.)
• Size: Minimum A3 or larger
• Originality: Artwork must be created entirely by the child
• Completion: Only fully finished artworks with a proper background will be considered
• Surface: Paper or canvas only
• Participant Details: It is compulsory to put your details like Name, Age, Group, City, Theme selected, and any other details of the artwork only at the back of your artwork.
  
  If the above criteria are not met, then the entry may be rejected.

• Registration fee is non-refundable.
• Once registered, you will be contacted through Email/WhatsApp/Call.
• Please use protective packaging while sending physical artwork.
• Hina’s Art Pavilion will not be responsible for damage during transit.
• Early submissions are encouraged before 30th June for smoother processing.
