Hina’s Art Pavilion – A Multi-Artist Exhibition of Artworks held on March 30-31

Some 182 Artworks including paintings, sculptures, sketches, photographs, and installations made by some 62 artists will be showcased at the venue

A multi-artist exhibition, ‘Hina’s Art Pavilion’ (HAP), showcasing some 182 art works of at least 62 artists was inaugurated in Ahmedabad on Saturday – March 30. The two-day exhibition was inaugurated by Mr Sandip Soparkar, the honourable chairperson of India Fine Arts Council.

The exhibition showcases a variety of captivating artworks by budding and seasoned artists. The artworks will showcase works on different themes and media and will include paintings, sketches, sculptures, installations, among others.

The exhibition was organised at Hina’s Art Pavilion situated in Bopal area of Ahmedabad. It adds a completely new dimension to the fast-evolving scenario in the field of fine arts in Ahmedabad.

Founded by Dr Hina Shah, HAP is a unique initiative dedicated to redefining the art experience, by encouraging works of women and children artists. The initiative provides a platform to budding and veteran artists and strives to promote their artistic expression and innovation and engage the community in a meaningful dialogue on art and art practice.

“The idea behind this initiative is to empower and uplift the creative minds and provide people with a platform to share their stories and perspectives through their artistic expression,” said Dr Hina Shah, founder, HAP.

Ditching the conventional confines of traditional art galleries, HAP’s inaugural exhibition was held at an outdoor venue, in a harmonious setting under the expansive spring sky of Ahmedabad. This gave visitors and art spectators a unique and enriching experience to enjoy and immerse in art and kickstart a slow weekend. More than 600 patrons got the opportunity to explore a diverse array of artworks in an immersive manner, curating a unique experience to perceive art. Each artwork exhibited at the show reflects a unique creative expression of the artist.

Besides admiring the artworks, attendees enjoyed the live music that set the perfect ambiance at the venue, while they indulged in conversations savouring an assortment of culinary delights during the event.

Hina’s Art Pavilion (HAP) is a groundbreaking space, marking its place as India’s first national gallery uplifting the voices of all artists, specifically dedicated to showcasing the works of women and children artists.
