Arpana Caur
Arpana Caur is an Indian contemporary painter and graphic artist. Caur exhibits dynamism and deep insight in her depictions of women’s conditions in modern India.
Bharti Kher
Bharti Kher is a contemporary artist. In a career spanning nearly three decades, she has worked across painting, sculpture and installation.
Rukmini Varma
Rukmini Varma is known for her exquisite paintings that reflect India’s rich cultural heritage. Her works are renowned for their vibrant colours and intricate details, carrying forward the artistic legacy of her ancestor, Raja Ravi Varma.
Padmashri. Shanti Devi Paswan
Shanti Devi, a renowned Godna Madhubani painter from Bihar, has been bestowed with the prestigious #PadmaShri for their extraordinary contributions to the art form. Their Madhubani paintings resonate with timeless tales of Raja Salhesh, Dina-Bhadri, and Buddha, captivating audiences with their intricate narratives.
